The book was recently reviewed in the New York Times with Don's art for the final spread prominently displayed.  How exciting!

It was an ordinary cart pulled by ordinary mules. On the day of Dr. Martin Luther King's funeral, that humble cart carried greatness. On April 9th, 1968, on the streets of Atlanta, that cart carried the body of Dr. Martin Luther King. A crowd of tens of thousands of people followed behind.
